FUNKY HEALTHY FOOD: KALE

Dark, leafy greens are the most missing foods in the average persona's diet. Kale is not one to miss because of its high nutrient density. It is a common myth that we can only get quality calcium from dairy products. Dark, leafy, greens are full of calcium, and kale has the ideal ratio of calcium to phosphorus which is perfect for bone health.
